The once dark and dated 2-level condominium in Honolulu was completely renovated and updated for this family of 4.  Hardwood floors replaced wall-to-wall pink carpeting which created a clean, opened up living area.  Interior walls were removed to expand the living spaces.  Built-in custom cabinetry made use of every inch of available storage space, and updated lighting was added throughout the rooms and into the cabinetry.  Custom stair treads and handrails refreshed the concrete stairway. The result is transparency between the spaces while simultaneously adding a visual separation between the living room and family room.
